Joanne Hélouvry
Position: Librarian for Psychology and Education
Joanne Hélouvry is the Academic Liaison for Psychology and Education at the Eisenhower Library at Johns Hopkins University. She holds a Post-Masters Certificate of Advanced Study in Education (CASE) from Notre Dame of Maryland University and Masters in Library & Information Science from the University of WI-Milwaukee. Her work centers upon reference, collection development, and instruction outreach to faculty and students in the School of Education and the Psychological and Brain Sciences departments.
Outside of Johns Hopkins Joanne serves on the editorial board of the Advances in Library Administration and Organization book series and has recently co-edited a book on Building Community Engagement & Outreach in Libraries (2022). Her passions include outreach and teaching with students and faculty as well as research on library spaces and library analytics.
